Foundation Council
Foundation Council is advisory, opinion making body and determines directions of development.
It consist of twelve members.
Foundation Council's scope of responsibilities includes:

setting main areas of Foundation's activity,
-
establishing decisions about changes in the Foundation's statute
-
adopting plans and strategies concerning the Foundation's activity,
-
appointing and dismissing the Foundation Board's members, as well as nominating a Chairman and Vice-chairmen of the Foundation Board,
-
appointing and dismissing members of the Audit Committee,
-
adopting regulations concerning the Foundation Council, the Foundation Board and the Audit Committee,
-
appointing allocated and entrusted funds,
-
appointing the Foundation's committees and councils , including those of programming, advisory and honorary nature,
-
making decisions concerning fusion with another Foundation, or Foundation liquidation,
-
all other cases not handed over by the Foundation Council's resolution , or, by provision of this statute, are within the authority of the Foundation Board or the Audit Committee.
