The bodies of the Foundation appointed under the Statute of the Foundation are:

Foundation Council,
Foundation Board
Audit Committee
 

Local activities are carried out mainly by representatives of the Foundation and volunteers.
The primary activity of the Foundation is a statutory action dedicated to support children with heart defects.

The areas of activity specified in financial reporting system are:

- fund raising for specific children
- fund raising for specific health centers
- business activity.

 

The allocated Founds are the areas of statutory activity separated both organisationally and in accounting. The are managing by Manging Directores.

Currently there are 3 such Funds:
Adults Fund - established for adults with heart defects,
Fund "Marcin" - established for children who lost their parent or guardian,
Fund "Dominika" - established for sick and disabled children, whose families are in a severe life and financial situation.
