Audit Committee

Audit Committee is a controling and supervising body consisting of 3 members(currently of a lawyer,  an auditor and a Chief Financial Officer).


Audit Committee's scope of responsibilities includes:
  • supervising the activities of the Foundation,
  • controlling Foundation Board's, , Agents', employees and organizational branches of Foundation ,
  • controlling financial status, balance and economic results of the Foundation,
  • assessing the work of the Foundation Board,
  • approving the financial statements and activity reports of the Foundation for the previous financial year
