The Foundation's objectives are:
- acting for children with cardiac defects and diseases and their families,
- disseminating knowledge about cardiac defects, their diagnosis and treatment,
- acting for children, health protection, education, social support, culture and dealing with social problems.
The Foundation can support various form of social activity, related to the objectives of the Foundation.
The Foundation achieves its goals especially by:

launching entrusted and dedicated funds, as a method of collecting money for specific purposes, covered by the statute of the Foundation,

supporting and promoting charitable activities,

development, promotion and financial, physical and intellectual support of activities aiming at helping children, health protection, education, social support, culture and dealing with social problems,

organizing training courses, meetings, lectures, seminars and conferences aiming at knowledge and experience transfer under the Foundation's statutory goals.

disseminating knowledge about children's diseases, possibilities of their treatment and medical centers especially in the form of publication, interviews, lectures, conferences, as well as through the website and all the other forms of mass media,

allowing mutual contact between families of children suffering from heart defect or disease,

enabling exchange of experience between people and organizations acting in the field of supporting children, health protection, education, social support and dealing with social problems,

providing direct financial support for:

people experiencing financial difficulties, especially children requiring treatment,

institutions acting for children, health protection, education, social support, culture, and dealing with social problems,

individual persons, especially in the form of grants and scholarships, as well as financing the participation in trainings, meetings, seminars and conferences,

publication of promotional and informative materials concerning the statutory goals of the Foundation

cooperation with persons and national and international institutions acting in the areas of the Foundation's statutory activity
